Individual Product Pricing

Individual product prices shown on the website are the prices for purchasing those items separately.

Any bundle saving compares the promotional total with the combined individual prices of the same eligible items.

The discount is available to eligible first-time customers and may be used once per customer.

Promotional Returns

Our Return Policy applies to promotional purchases, including all eligibility requirements and exclusions.

For the Buy 2, Get 2 Free promotion, change-of-mind returns are accepted only when all items included in the promotional bundle are returned together, including both purchased and complimentary items.

All items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and in perfect condition, with their original packaging, and must meet all other applicable return eligibility requirements.

Partial returns are not accepted under the Buy 2, Get 2 Free promotion. You cannot return a single item, or only part of the promotional bundle, and receive a refund for those items. No individual item refund will be issued for a partial change-of-mind return.

If your order includes more than one Buy 2, Get 2 Free bundle, all items included in the promotion must be returned together.

Complimentary items received as part of a promotion do not have an individual cash refund value. Any approved refund for a complete promotional return will be based on the amount actually paid for the returned promotional items. Refunds cannot exceed the amount originally paid.

Items excluded from change-of-mind returns, such as earrings, remain subject to their applicable return restrictions even when included in a promotion. Promotional bundles containing these items are therefore not eligible for a complete change-of-mind return.

For other promotions, returns are subject to the specific terms of the applicable offer and the eligibility requirements in our Return Policy.

These promotional return conditions do not limit your rights regarding damaged, defective or incorrect items, or any rights provided under applicable consumer law.
