Individual product prices shown on the website are the prices for purchasing those items separately.

Any bundle saving compares the promotional total with the combined individual prices of the same eligible items.

Promotional Returns

Our Return Policy applies to promotional purchases, including all eligibility requirements and exclusions.

Complimentary items received as part of a promotion do not have a separate cash refund value.

If a partial return causes the remaining order to no longer meet the promotion requirements, the promotional discount will be recalculated based on the items kept. Any resulting adjustment will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds cannot exceed the amount originally paid.

If an entire eligible promotional order is returned, all items included in the promotion — including complimentary items — must be returned and meet the applicable return eligibility requirements.

Items excluded from change-of-mind returns, such as earrings, remain subject to those restrictions even when purchased as part of a promotion.
