NG GROUP LLC, operating as TAIA Jewellery, offers a 2-Year Color Warranty on eligible TAIA jewellery purchased from this store.

The warranty covers colour fading or colour changes that occur during normal use for two years from the date of purchase.

Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear and to be tarnish-resistant. This warranty provides additional protection if an eligible piece experiences a covered colour change over time.

Replacement & Shipping

For an approved warranty claim, TAIA will replace the affected product.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

How to Make a Claim

Please include:

• Clear photos showing the affected piece

Please do not send the product back unless instructed to do so by our customer service team.

What Is Not Covered

The 2-Year Color Warranty is specifically a colour warranty.

Normal change-of-mind returns are governed separately by our Return Policy.

The ordinary 30-day return period and the change-of-mind return exclusion for earrings do not limit an otherwise eligible 2-Year Color Warranty claim.

Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
