Is TAIA jewellery really waterproof?
Yes. Every piece is made from 316L stainless steel with an 18K gold PVD finish. Shower, swim, sweat and sleep in it — no need to take it off.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. Unlike plated brass, PVD-coated stainless steel doesn't flake, fade or oxidise. It's nickel-free and hypoallergenic, so it's safe for sensitive skin. If the colour ever changes, our Lifetime Color Warranty covers it.
How does Buy 2, Get 2 Free work?
Add any four pieces to your bag. The two lowest-priced pieces are automatically free at checkout — no code needed.
Can I use my 10% welcome code with Buy 2, Get 2?
Yes. Your welcome code applies on top of the offer.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days and you'll receive tracking by email. Delivery time is between 5-21 business days.
What if it doesn't fit or I don't love it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it — no questions asked. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Email contact@taiajewellery.com.
How do I find my ring size?
See our Size Guide on any ring product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Rinse with fresh water after salt water or chlorine, pat dry with a soft cloth and store pieces separately.
