Is TAIA jewellery really waterproof?
Yes. Every piece is made from 316L stainless steel with an 18K gold PVD finish. Shower, swim, sweat and sleep in it — no need to take it off.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Unlike traditional plated brass, our PVD-coated stainless steel is designed to be more durable and resistant to fading, tarnishing and everyday wear. Our pieces are made with skin-conscious materials and are designed for comfortable everyday use, although individual sensitivities may vary.
If the colour of your jewellery changes over time, our 2-Year Color Warranty has you covered.
How does Buy 2, Get 2 Free work?

How long does shipping take?
Free standard shipping worldwide to eligible destinations available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, with estimated delivery 6–15 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed once your order ships. Import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What if it doesn't fit or I don't love it?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. See our Return Policy for full details.
How do I find my ring size?
See our Size Guide on any ring product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. TAIA ships internationally and offers free standard shipping worldwide to eligible destinations available at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is generally 6–15 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Rinse with fresh water after salt water or chlorine, pat dry with a soft cloth and store pieces separately.
