Terms of Service
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Overview
Welcome to TAIA Jewellery.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NG GROUP LLC, trading as TAIA Jewellery. NG GROUP LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”).
TAIA Jewellery is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to offer the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced below, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information regarding purchases, returns, warranties, limitations of liability and other legal rights and responsibilities.
By accessing, interacting with or purchasing through our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our applicable policies.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
Section 1 — Access and Account
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or that your use is otherwise permitted under applicable law with any required parental or guardian consent.
When using certain portions of the Services, including purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information, shipping address and contact information.
You represent that information provided by you is accurate, current and complete and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any account credentials associated with your use of the Services and for activity conducted through your account.
You may not sell, transfer, assign or license your account to another person without our authorization.
Section 2 — Our Products
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our jewellery and other products as accurately as possible.
Product colours, finishes, tones, proportions and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, device type, lighting, photography, production batches and natural manufacturing variations.
Gold and silver tones may therefore appear slightly different in person than on your device.
Product dimensions and measurements are provided as accurately as reasonably possible but may be subject to small manufacturing tolerances.
We do not guarantee that a product will appear identical on every device or under every lighting condition.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, availability and other information may be updated or corrected when reasonably necessary.
We reserve the right to discontinue products and to limit product quantities or availability by customer, household, geographic region or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.
Section 3 — Jewellery Materials, Characteristics and Care
Materials and finishes vary by piece. Please refer to the individual product page for the materials, finish and care information applicable to that item.
Where stated, TAIA jewellery may include 316L stainless steel and PVD finishes on gold styles.
Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear, but longevity and appearance may vary depending on use, care, environment, skin chemistry, exposure to chemicals and other factors.
References to products as waterproof or tarnish-resistant describe the intended characteristics of the applicable product under normal use and do not mean that jewellery is indestructible or immune to all forms of damage or wear.
Customers should still take reasonable care of their jewellery.
Damage resulting from accidental impact, scratching, bending, improper storage, improper handling, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect unless otherwise required by applicable law or covered by an express TAIA warranty.
Where we describe materials as skin-conscious or suitable for everyday comfort, individual sensitivities may still vary. No jewellery product is guaranteed to prevent sensitivity or allergic reactions in every individual.
Nothing in this section limits applicable consumer rights or an express warranty provided by TAIA Jewellery.
Section 4 — Orders
When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
TAIA Jewellery may accept, decline, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
An order is not considered finally accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, unusual order activity, promotional errors or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable cancelled amount.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
If you need to request a cancellation or modification, contact us as soon as possible at:
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfilment has begun.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Eligible returns after delivery are governed by our Refund Policy.
Purchases are intended for personal, household or gift use unless otherwise agreed with TAIA Jewellery.
Section 5 — Promotions, Discounts and Buy 2 Get 2 Free
TAIA Jewellery may offer promotions, discounts, gifts with purchase, bundle offers, limited-time offers or other promotional campaigns.
Promotional terms may vary and may be subject to separate eligibility requirements displayed on the website or applicable promotional page.
For our Buy 2, Get 2 Free offer, customers must add four eligible jewellery pieces to their cart. The two lowest-priced eligible pieces are free, and the applicable discount is automatically displayed at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Complimentary products have no separate cash refund value.
- Promotional discounts cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Promotions may be combined with other offers only where expressly permitted.
- Promotional availability may depend on stock.
- Promotions may be modified, suspended or discontinued for future orders, subject to applicable law.
Changes to a promotion will not retroactively change the terms applied to a completed order.
If a partial return causes the remaining order to no longer meet the requirements of the original promotion, the promotional discount will be recalculated based on the items kept. Any resulting adjustment will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds cannot exceed the amount originally paid.
If an entire eligible promotional order is returned, all items included in the promotion — including complimentary items — must be returned and meet the applicable return eligibility requirements.
Items excluded from change-of-mind returns, including earrings, remain subject to those restrictions even when purchased as part of a promotion.
Additional promotional conditions are available on our Promotion Terms page.
Section 6 — Prices, Payment and Billing
Prices, promotions, discounts and offers may change for future purchases without prior notice.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable taxes and other required charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
TAIA Jewellery offers free standard shipping worldwide to eligible destinations available at checkout. There is no minimum order requirement for standard shipping.
International purchases may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, government charges, brokerage fees or other destination-country charges.
Such charges are not included in free standard shipping unless they are collected or expressly included at checkout.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and payment information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied and that the information provided is valid.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or promotional errors. If such an error materially affects an order, we may contact you or cancel the affected portion and provide an appropriate refund.
Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
After dispatch, estimated standard transit time is generally 6–15 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is therefore generally 7–20 business days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, transportation or postal disruptions, government restrictions, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information is emailed once an order ships.
Carrier tracking may take time to appear or update and may occasionally be updated in batches.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so that we can review the available delivery information and, where appropriate, investigate with the carrier.
Please review our Shipping Policy for complete shipping, tracking, delivery and import-charge information.
Section 8 — Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, refunds and claims for damaged, defective or incorrect items are governed by our Refund Policy.
Eligible items may generally be returned when a return is requested within 30 days of delivery and the applicable eligibility requirements are satisfied.
Eligible change-of-mind returns must generally be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons due to hygiene and safety considerations.
This earrings exclusion does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Other exclusions may include gift cards, Final Sale items, items specifically identified as non-returnable and items that no longer satisfy the applicable return eligibility requirements.
Complimentary items received as part of a promotion do not have a separate cash refund value and are subject to the promotional return conditions described in our Refund Policy.
Customers are generally responsible for return postage for eligible change-of-mind returns.
Where an item received is damaged, defective or incorrect, TAIA will provide an appropriate resolution and the customer will not be required to bear reasonable return shipping costs associated with resolving the issue.
Approved refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Section 9 — Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, including TAIA Jewellery trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, photography, videos, graphics, text, product descriptions, packaging designs, website design, layouts, artwork, advertising materials, social media content and other visual assets, are owned by or licensed to TAIA Jewellery and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, publicly display, republish, commercially exploit, sell, license or create derivative works from protected materials belonging to TAIA Jewellery.
TAIA Jewellery names, logos, slogans, designs and other brand identifiers may not be used without our prior written authorization.
Section 10 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Services
We may provide access to tools, features, applications, payment systems or other services operated by third parties.
We do not necessarily monitor or control these third-party services.
Use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable provider.
Your use of optional third-party services is at your own discretion and subject to applicable law.
We may introduce new tools, services or functionality in the future, which will also be subject to these Terms where applicable.
Section 11 — Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to websites or services operated by independent third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security or policies of independent third-party websites.
If you access a third-party website through the Services, you should review its applicable terms and policies before completing a transaction.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Section 12 — Relationship with Shopify
TAIA Jewellery is powered by Shopify, which provides ecommerce infrastructure used to operate our online store.
Purchases from TAIA Jewellery are transactions directly between the customer and TAIA Jewellery / NG GROUP LLC.
Shopify is not the seller of TAIA Jewellery products.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for claims relating specifically to products sold by TAIA Jewellery or transactions between customers and TAIA Jewellery.
Shopify may process certain information in connection with Shopify-powered functionality according to its applicable privacy practices.
Section 13 — Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify and uses other service providers, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and service providers used to operate the store.
Information may be processed in jurisdictions different from the jurisdiction in which you reside.
Please review our Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is collected, used, shared and protected.
Section 14 — Reviews, Feedback and User Content
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, suggestions, ideas, comments, product feedback or other content (“Feedback”), you grant TAIA Jewellery a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute and display that Feedback for legitimate business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.
You represent that you own or have permission to submit the Feedback, that it does not infringe another person's rights and that it reflects your genuine opinion or experience.
Where legally required, any compensation, gifted product or other material connection associated with Feedback must be disclosed.
TAIA may moderate or remove Feedback that we reasonably determine is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.
We will not knowingly present Feedback as originating from a verified TAIA purchaser when that person has not made the relevant purchase through TAIA.
Any formatting or editing of Feedback should not materially alter the meaning of the customer's submission.
You remain responsible for content you submit.
Section 15 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Information provided through the Services may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, measurements, materials, colours, pricing, promotions, inventory, availability, shipping, delivery estimates or other website content.
We reserve the right to correct genuine errors or inaccuracies and to update information when reasonably necessary.
If an error materially affects an order already placed, we may contact you, modify the order with your agreement or cancel the affected portion and issue an appropriate refund.
Section 16 — Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activity, to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or harm others, distribute harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, improperly collect personal information, bypass security measures, impersonate others or materially interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially violated.
Section 17 — Automated Systems and Agents
Automated systems, bots, software agents, AI agents, scrapers, crawlers or similar technologies interacting with our Services must comply with applicable law, these Terms and any technical access restrictions implemented by TAIA Jewellery or our service providers.
Automated systems may not circumvent security measures, bypass access restrictions, overload our infrastructure, access restricted areas or commercially exploit protected content without authorization.
We may restrict automated access where reasonably necessary to protect our Services, customers or intellectual property.
Section 18 — Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including where we believe these Terms have been violated, fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, a security risk exists or continued access may harm TAIA Jewellery, another user or a third party.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations properly incurred before termination.
Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, Feedback, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, privacy and dispute-related matters.
Section 19 — Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, that every product will always be available, that displayed colours will appear identically on every device or that delivery will occur on an exact date unless expressly guaranteed.
Except for express warranties provided by TAIA Jewellery, including our Lifetime Color Warranty where applicable, and warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Section 20 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TAIA Jewellery, NG GROUP LLC and their owners, affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, service providers and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from or relating to use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.
This may include, where permitted by law, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of business opportunity or other indirect economic loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Section 21 — Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAIA Jewellery, NG GROUP LLC and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers and licensors from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses or reasonable legal expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of another person's rights or unlawful misuse of the Services.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from TAIA Jewellery's own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.
Section 22 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Any unenforceable portion will be considered severed without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Section 23 — Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Promotion Terms, Lifetime Color Warranty and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable agreement governing use of the Services.
Where a more specific policy applies to a particular transaction or issue, that policy should be read together with these Terms.
Section 24 — Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent where such restriction is permitted by law.
TAIA Jewellery may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a business reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, transfer of ownership or other lawful business transaction, subject to applicable law.
Section 25 — Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements through which TAIA Jewellery provides Services are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, and applicable United States federal law.
Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer protection rights available to customers under applicable law.
Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of New Hampshire, except where applicable consumer law gives a customer the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Section 26 — International Customers
TAIA Jewellery offers free standard shipping worldwide to eligible destinations available at checkout.
Customers purchasing internationally acknowledge that customs requirements, import duties, taxes or other destination-country charges may apply.
Such charges are the customer's responsibility unless they have been collected or expressly included at checkout.
Consumer protection laws may vary by jurisdiction, and certain products or Services may not be available in every destination.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Section 27 — Force Majeure
TAIA Jewellery will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, government action, customs disruption, carrier disruption, labour disputes, transportation interruption, infrastructure failure, supplier disruption or similar events beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations when possible.
Nothing in this section removes refund obligations or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Section 28 — Headings
The headings used in these Terms are provided for convenience and do not limit or otherwise affect their interpretation.
Section 29 — Changes to These Terms
The most current version of these Terms of Service will be available on this page.
We may update or modify these Terms by publishing an updated version on our website.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Changes to these Terms will not retroactively alter the material terms applicable to a completed order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Section 30 — Lifetime Color Warranty
Certain eligible TAIA jewellery is covered by our Lifetime Color Warranty.
The Lifetime Color Warranty is separate from the ordinary 30-day change-of-mind return policy and is governed by its own eligibility requirements, exclusions and claim procedures.
The ordinary 30-day return period and the change-of-mind exclusion applicable to earrings do not prevent an otherwise eligible customer from making a valid Lifetime Color Warranty claim.
Please review our Lifetime Color Warranty for complete coverage and claim information.
Nothing in the Lifetime Color Warranty or these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
